Actions
The Multi-agency Donor Coordination Platform supports Ukraine by coordinating with the international community to address Ukraine’s most important and urgent needs, as well as reconstruction and recovery needs.
Said needs, including the 2023 needs, are identified in the second Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment (RDNA2) report, prepared jointly by the World Bank, the Government of Ukraine, the European Commission and the United Nations.
The Platform coordinates and facilitates the sharing of information among existing mechanisms, i.e. the G7 Finance Track, the G7+ Coordination Group on energy infrastructure and the International Financial Institutions (IFIs) Coordination Group.

G7 Finance Track
The G7 Finance Track plays a key role in helping maintain Ukraine’s economic and financial stability together with the international community. It has particular responsibility for short-term financial support for Ukraine.
